Aikido Seminar

Aikido (The Way Of Harmony) is a modern Japanese martial art (Budo) that emphasizes body movement, calmness and redirection of energy.  The goal of the Aikido practitioner is to blend rather than clash and to avoid rather than harm.

Aikido is utilized by police and other professionals all over the world because of its non-lethal, ethical approach to confrontations.
